Documents, discussion, and other proceedings (collectively referred to work "Work Product") within the Board of Directors (the "Board") and other volunteer groups are the property of the California Association of Dental Plans (CADP) and can only be used by CADP and its member companies for purposes consistent with the charge of the workgroup. Sharing CADP Work Product outside of CADP and its member companies is contrary to the interests of CADP and its members and a violation of this policy. Breaches of this policy will be investigated. Commensurate with the severity of the breach, the Board may choose to remove the individual(s) from CADP workgroups or other volunteer positions, remove individuals or their company from CADP membership, and/or consider applicable legal remedies.
